This Privacy Policy explains how OmshyApps ("OmshyApps," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website omshyapps.com ("the Site"), our software ("the Software"), and any related services, features, or applications (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy as updated from time to time. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services and uninstall the Software.

1. No-Logs Policy

For OmshyApps Premium and Ultra subscribers, we maintain a strict no-logs policy. We do not track or store:

  • Browsing history
  • Traffic destination or content
  • DNS queries
  • Incoming or outgoing IP addresses
  • Connection timestamps
  • Session duration
  • Any VPN or service-related activity logs

2. What Data Do We Collect?

2.1 We Do Not Collect or Sell Personal Data

We do not collect, store, share, or sell any personal data.

We never share data with third parties for advertising or marketing.

2.2 Analytics Data (Anonymous Only)

We use Google Analytics to understand usage trends.

This data is fully anonymized and cannot identify you.

Examples include:

  • Time spent on pages
  • Internal action IDs
  • Access dates and times
  • General device information (non-identifiable)

2.2.1 Website Statistics (omshyapps.com)

This website counts its own visits with a first-party statistics beacon operated by our partner Desoline. On your first visit your browser stores a random identifier in local storage (not a cookie); it is replaced every 13 months and cannot be linked to your name, email, or device.

  • Pages visited (without query strings), the website that referred you (its domain only), and which buttons you pressed
  • When a visit starts and how long it lasts
  • Browser type and operating system family

This data is used only to measure our own audience. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or shared with third parties. You can remove the identifier at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

2.2.2 Google Analytics for Firebase (omshyapps.com)

We also use Google Analytics for Firebase to count visits and see which pages are used. It records page views, rough location (country and city), device and browser type, and a pseudonymous identifier stored in a first-party cookie. Google processes this data on our behalf. We don't turn on advertising features, and we don't use this data to show you ads. Google Analytics loads only after you click Accept in the cookie banner, and never if your browser sends Global Privacy Control. 2.3 Documents (Omshy Docs App)

  • Documents scanned with Omshy Docs are saved only on your device.
  • Uploading to a cloud provider (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, etc.) is optional.
  • We do not access, save, upload, share, or sell your documents or photos.

2.4 Cloud Storage Access

If you connect a cloud storage account:

  • You may view, edit, or back up files
  • OmshyApps does not collect or store any of your cloud data

3. How We Use Information

We use anonymized information strictly to:

  • Provide and maintain the Services
  • Improve app performance
  • Offer technical support
  • Communicate important updates

We do not use your data for targeted advertising.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not rent or sell personal information.

We may share minimal information only in these cases:
